The Rules Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 78 "An Act                      
related to the authority of certain beverage dispensary licensees to           
stock alcoholic beverages in guest rooms and prohibiting certain               
room rentals for the purpose of providing alcoholic beverages to a             
person under 21 years of age" and recommends it be placed on the               
March 6 calendar.  Signing to calendar: Senator Miller, Chair,                 
Senators Duncan, Pearce, Sharp, Salo.
